Design and Construction

The 105-strong Marldon construction team is lead by Henry Bartlett.

Our philosophy is to encourage apprenticeships and training at all levels, thereby creating a well managed and loyal workforce dedicated to quality. Our ten senior site personnel have been with the firm for a combined 227 years. This team has a range of skills covering all the trades, including re-inforced concrete framework, second fixed joinery, as well as mechanical and electrical services. Design is supervised by in-house architect Simon Smith, who works closely with Eddie Markes of Marldon joinery. This enables Marldon, as a developer, to take on extremely complex and unique projects. We are equally at home with a listed building conversion and a contemporary residential or commercial new build.
