69 Turnmill Street as a development offers 'open plan' Grade A office space to let, adjacent to the new Farringdon transport interchange.

The offices are located within the larger scheme of 67 Turnmill Street. The layout was designed to offer the maximization of the office space, which comprise a total 13,500 sq.ft ( 1,255 sq.m.) of usable space. It has been designed to enhance natural light, and the features include large floor plates, raised access floors, hand-crafted woodwork and the use of sustainable materials, all within an air-conditioned environment.

The first floor has been let to Moreover Technologies Ltd, after a small contract was agreed with them for the design and fit out to Category B standards. We now provide backup to Moreover through the building contract and our property management have taken over the maintenance of the landlord systems in this scheme.
