Fred Bartlett leads sales and marketing for Marldon’s hotel and serviced and residential apartments portfolio. Since joining Marldon in 2004, Fred has been instrumental in the launch of The Rockwell hotel and the Blueprint Living Apartments brand and is involved in the daily management of both businesses.

Bhimji is Marldon’s senior Site Agent. He works with Henry Bartlett, our Construction Partner, and manages the day-to-day running of our construction sites. Bhimji brings skill and care to each project. He has worked on listed buildings, new builds, mixed developments and hotels, including The Rockwell in Kensington.

Graham started with Marldon in as an apprentice bricklayer. He now works closely with our No 1 Site Agent Bhimji Vora, and is in training under Bhimji to become a Site Agent himself. He has been instrumental in setting up new processes of monitoring and organising the work on site and is a highly valued member of our team
