John Dunnington Jefferson Property Management John heads the property management department. He schedules and arranges the maintenance work accross the Marldon portfolio and handles tenant enquiries.	Kyrstle Gray Accounts Assistant Kyrstle provides general accounting and admin support. In addition, she manages supplier accounts and billing administration.
Kevin Street Accounts Manager Kevin has been with Marldon for many years. He is in charge of employee's payroll and is integral part of Marldon's financial administration.	Laura Hawkins Head of Administration Laura works closely with Anthony Bartlett in all matters relating to the financial administration of Marldon. She also manages personnel at our headquarters.
Bhimji Vora Site Agent Bhimji brings skill and care to each project. He has worked on listed buildings, new builds, mixed developments and hotels, including The Rockwell in Kensington.	Lai-yee Tang Accounts Manager Lai-yee manages the accounts for our letting, serviced apartment and hotel portfolio. She also oversees the collection of ground rents and revenues in each area.
Sir Mervyn Dunnington Jefferson Founding Partner Mervyn founded Marldon with Anthony Bartlett in 1968 and has been instrumental in its expansion. Mervyn is involved in all aspects of the business.	Ellis Street Assistant Property Manager Ellis works closely with John Jefferson on the maintenance and management of our properties. He also oversees the Marldon Management Company accounts.
Sandhya Suresh Accounts Assistant Sandhya provides accounting and administrative support to Anthony Bartlett. In addition she is responsible for managing utilities across Marldon's property portfolio.	Fred Bartlett Marketing Fred is Marldon's Marketing Manager. He has been instrumental in developing The Rockwell Hotel, Blueprint Living Apartments and Marldon brands.
Rosie Bartlett Interior Designer Rosie's unique style is integral to the look and feel of Marldon's products. She has worked across our portfolio on office buildings, hotels and apartments.	Brian Jones Construction Advisor After many years as a Site Agent, Brian brings a depth of experience to each project. He has extensive knowledge in all areas relating to building processes.
